Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to drive growth at retail accounts in Arizona.

The role focuses on acquiring new business while maintaining existing distribution, executing promotions, and ensuring product placement and stock integrity. The ideal candidate will plan regular store visits, communicate effectively with retailers, and manage inventory to maximize shelf impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years in relevant field.
• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.
• Maintain driving record and auto insurance as required by company/state.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and acquire new business while maintaining existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions.
• Ensure quality control and product date compliance.
• Conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact; support promotions.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
