Under the direction of the Director of Sales - LCMU, USA - you will be responsible for growing and maintaining Systemair's customer base through a hybrid role that blends internal sales execution with external market engagement. The Sales Account Manager (SAM) supports the Regional Sales Manager team (RSM) and manufacturer rep agencies by managing CRM pipeline activity, coordinating distributor programs, and assisting with field planning. Additionally, in this role you will gain valuable experience via market-facing activities such as trade shows, rep training events, customer engagements, and post-visit summaries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Forecasting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain CRM opportunity data, quote tracking, and pipeline hygiene
- Support RSMs in preparing monthly territory forecasts and executive reporting
- Flag opportunity gaps or inconsistencies in CRM and sales planning tools
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in CRM software
Internal Sales Execution
- Coordinate distributor program communication (rebates, pricing updates, stocking promos)
- Track program participation and follow up with reps or RSMs on execution
- Create and distribute internal sales materials (training packets, literature, pricing sheets)
- Track and support internal sales campaigns and field training schedules
- Manage escalated customer requests (availability, freight, pricing) and document quality feedback
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Market-facing Engagement
- Support RSMs and Mfg. Reps in field planning activities (territory visits, training events)
- Participate in select trade shows, rep meetings, or branch visits
- Collaborate on post-market visit recaps, rep evaluations, and customer opportunity reviews
- Collect market intel and feedback from reps to assist in opportunity planning
- Address and support customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner
Development Track
- Gain deep understanding of Systemair systems, products, and sales processes
- Learn distribution dynamics, rep firm structure, and market behaviors across multiple regions
- Contribute to the creation of forecasting tools, dashboards, and growth plans

Requirements
Skills, Education, and/or ExperienceThe following are education and experience criteria used to evaluate the suitability of the Sales Account Manager Profile for candidates for the position:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years in inside sales, sales coordination, business development, entry-level sales role, or Distributor/Channel support role is highly advantageous.
- Experience with Manufacturer Rep firms, Contractors, or Distribution (HVAC, Electrical, Building Supply, other) preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to travel routinely throughout the region.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Job ConditionsPhysical Demands:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.
- Light physical effort - able to lift up to 20lbs at times.
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 25% to meet business needs.
Work Environment:• Office Environment or in the Field (territory). At times, in Factory, Warehouse, and/or Distribution Center.
- May incur frequent travel via car within a given territory.
- May involve working outside regular business hours to meet with customers or attend trade shows and other events.
