American Dream Distributions is a fast-growing B2B distribution company specializing in the sale and distribution of vaping products. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our market presence.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivatedSales Managerwith at least2 years of experiencein sales, preferably in B2B distribution or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to drive sales, and a knack for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of working independently, and is self-managed to meet ambitious targets.Access to a personal vehicle and the ability to drive is required.

  • $75k-150k average for 1st year of employment with uncapped commissions
  • Increased results-based commissions and performance bonuses - the more you sell, the higher the commission rate.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conductdirect sales activitiesto generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Provideyour insightsand work closely with management to continuously refine and improve business processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conductmarket researchto identify trends and opportunities for Growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and address customer concerns proactively.
  • Providecustomerservice,marketingandafter-salessupportto clients to address issues and foster client loyalty and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum2 years of experiencein sales, preferably in B2B, distribution, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel to and from the Greater Cincinnati Area.
  • Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven, and proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the vaping products industry is beneficial but not required.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
