Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive growth across Flint-area routes. The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, coordinating promotions, and maintaining product displays to maximize shelf impact.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's with 1–3 years in sales or a HS diploma with 4–5+ years of relevant experience, plus reliable transportation and ability to lift weights as needed. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years related sales experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with reliable automobile transportation.
• Able to lift package weights as required by job duties (25–50 lbs regularly, up to 175 lbs for keg product).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly timelines and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate product displays and events.
• Maintain QC and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience

• Salary: $48,112- $55,000 plus monthly sales incentive

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
