Job description

Location:

Remote (Candidates must live in Orange County or surrounding area)

Cyclotron is looking for an experienced, motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Account Executive experienced with the Microsoft Portfolio to join our ever-expanding US national Sales Team. The Account Executive is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in assigned territory. Strong skills and experience in Services, Software sales, and account management are required. Candidates with Sales Engineering experience will also be considered. You will own the development of business in your region, so you need to be entrepreneurial and self-directed.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage territory sales business plans
  • Responsible for independently managing assigned sales territory
  • Effectively prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Demonstrate effective sales strategies to manage the sales cycle across prospects and service offerings, with the ability to close deals within the target timeline
  • Prospect territory and develop new leads within both prospect and existing accounts
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new service sales opportunities
  • Drive business conversations with business influencers and decision makers independently
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services to expand the account-focused services landscape
  • Sell consultatively by understanding customer needs and recommending services to solve their business issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive co-selling opportunities in your territory and existing customers
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in Software, Solution Sales, or as an Account Executive
  • Proven track record of achieving goals over a full year
  • Experience selling Microsoft Software or Services, or similar enterprise software solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365)
  • Experience using CRM software for daily account management activities
  • Critical thinker and independent problem-solver capable of working autonomously
