Job Summary
As a MicroGenDX Sales Account Executive you will develop and execute a territory business plan, sell and promote MicroGenDX service lines to meet territory sales targets for an assigned region and accounts while continually identifying and developing new client opportunities. In this role, you will also be responsible for prioritizing project planning, meetings, completing customer requests/deadlines and organized territory management, meeting assigned sales targets and strict adherence to Compliance with Federal law.
Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with physicians, clinics, and healthcare systems.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with healthcare providers to present MicroGenDX's diagnostic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in assigned accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical and economic value of MicroGenDX's molecular testing, including PCR and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of each client.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing clinical case studies, white papers, and scientific literature to support the use of MicroGenDX services.
• Maintain a detailed and organized territory plan, including account segmentation, call planning, and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, lab operations) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and federal healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide timely reports and forecasts to sales leadership.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Adheres to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
