Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Utah. In this full-time role you will build and own your territory, prospect new accounts, and close deals while delivering hands-on service and growing revenue. Expect to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and be provided a company truck.

Top reps earn $86,000–$125,000+ annually; most new reps start lower as they develop their pipeline, with uncapped commission rewarding performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Balance of sales and production work; week-to-week mix varies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb in/out of a truck, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Independent field work with problem-solving in real-world settings.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, GPS apps).
• Spanish-speaking is a plus; English must be understood to follow traffic laws.
• Must be able to work in Utah and build territory with accountability.

• Most new reps will earn less in their first year while building their territory, pipeline, and customer relationships. The reps who prospect hard, close business, and grow their accounts begin reaching those earnings as their territory matures.
• At Honey Bucket, the more you sell, the more we love to pay you. Commission is uncapped.
