Job summary

Axis Water Technologies is seeking a driven Sales Specialist in Frisco, TX to close deals and drive growth through strategic in-home consultations with homeowners. You’ll own the sales process, build strong client relationships, and hit aggressive targets while supported by a capable service team.

Ideal candidates are money-driven, coachable, and possess strong presentation and negotiation skills. Training in water treatment is available, and a performance-based culture rewards high achievers.

This is not an "order taker" role. We're looking for a closer- someone who can learn our proven sales process taught by the best coach in the business, run with it, and crush sales goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stay sharp by learning product knowledge and keeping up with industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in water treatment is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person.
