• Arranges vegetables attractively and garnishes items as needed.
• Sets up salad bar and replenishes throughout the shift.
• Maintains sanitation, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Operates kitchen equipment and follows portioning instructions.
• Prepares for following day shifts and records leftovers.
