Job summary

Qualifications

• Alert and able to carry out specified duties.
• Skill in measuring and/or weighing ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads for service.
• Measure and weigh ingredients.
• Use chef's knife, mixer, chopper, blender, ovens and measuring tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
