Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for full-time and part-time COLD FOOD (SALAD) positions at Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL. Schedules run 6:30 am–6:00 pm; prior customer service and food service experience is required.

• Previous customer service and food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine; prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold foods.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following guidelines.
• Stores, sanitizes and maintains preparation areas in accordance with HACCP and safety standards.
