Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for full-time and part-time cold food (salad) positions at Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL. The role involves preparing sandwiches, salads and other cold items.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine; prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads following approved standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Cleans and maintains counters, work surfaces, and refrigeration units in the prep and serving areas.
