Compass Group USA’s Flik Independent School Dining division is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Fairfield Country Day School in Fairfield, CT. The role requires prior food preparation and salad bar experience, with a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with online applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Previous food prep experience required.
• Experience with salad bar operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables, and cheeses for salads and sandwiches.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold items per production standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Works with Chef and team to meet daily production and service needs.
