Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards.
• Culls and slices deli meats, cheeses and vegetables with a slicing machine.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products following merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness of counters, work surfaces and refrigeration units; follows HACCP procedures.
• Ensures proper portion control and serves salads and cold items as scheduled.
