Job summary

SA Hospitality Group in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare salads and salad bar items, follow recipes, and maintain food quality. You will set up your station with all needed ingredients, prep and utensils at the start and end of service, restock items, and ensure safe handling.

You will also assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, working under the Chef or Kitchen Manager, and maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean vegetables, mix ingredients, and prepare plates of vegetables.
• Prepare dressings and follow recipes as needed.
• Portion, arrange, and garnish food and serve it to staff or patrons.
• Restock all items during the shift and set up/maintain the station at start/end of service.
• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Receive and organize deliveries and ensure counts/weights match invoices.
