Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Seattle is seeking a kitchen team member to support salad bar, side dishes and desserts, ensuring proper presentation and efficiency in our churrasco-service environment.

You will help maintain high standards for inventory and fresh produce, track expiration dates, keep equipment and work areas clean, and handle opening or closing duties. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
