Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts following recipes, while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

You will also ensure inventory freshness, assist with expiration tracking, and keep kitchen areas clean. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures inventory and freshness are up to standards, including proper storage and rotation.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
