Job summary

Covenant HR LLC represents a leading cybersecurity consultancy hiring a SailPoint Architect for a 6-12 month contract, remote in the United States. The role focuses on migrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, with strong customer-facing consulting at a senior level.

You will assess IIQ environments, map to ISC capabilities, rebuild or simplify workflows and connectors, and provide architectural guidance across source and target deployments while applying guardrails

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SailPoint architect guiding customer migrations from IIQ to ISC.
• Assess existing IIQ environments, configurations, and customizations for migration approach.
• Translate IIQ workflows, connectors, and reports into ISC-compatible solutions.
• Identify which IIQ customizations should be rebuilt, modified, or eliminated.
• Provide architectural guidance across source IIQ and target ISC environments.
• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and communicate migration considerations.
• Act as a trusted technical consultant on identity and access management initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools with proper guardrails for sensitive customer data.

Job Title - SailPoint Architect

Must Have Skills:

• Deep expertise with both SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), ideally including hands-on IIQ-to-ISC migration experience
• Strong IIQ customization experience, including custom workflows, connectors, reports, and similar configurations
• Understanding of how IIQ customizations need to be rebuilt, modified, or simplified when migrating to ISC
• Comfort working with agentic AI tools and LLMs, including concepts such as agents, skill files, and appropriate security guardrails for customer data
• Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, and expectation-management skills at a senior/architect level
