The role focuses on automating provisioning, access requests, certificates, and governance processes within IdentityIQ. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and applications teams to ensure secure access, enforce policies, and maintain identity data accuracy while optimizing performance.

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), identity lifecycle management, workflow development, and connector integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience implementing, customizing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to automate user provisioning, access requests, certificates, and identity governance processes.

The candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure secure access management, enforce enterprise security policies, and support regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. SailPoint IdentityIQ Development

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ applications.
• Customize IdentityIQ objects, including workflows, rules, forms, tasks, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain BeanShell rules and Java-based customizations.
• Configure identity models, identity cubes, identity attributes, and identity correlation.
• Support identity aggregation, refresh operations, provisioning, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize IdentityIQ performance.

2. IAM and Identity Lifecycle Management

• Implement identity lifecycle processes for employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Automate user account provisioning, modification, disabling, and deprovisioning.
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC), access policies, and entitlement management.
• Support access request, approval, and access certification processes.
• Implement segregation of duties (SoD) controls and access governance policies.
• Maintain accurate identity data and ensure timely removal of unauthorized access.
