Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow (IDN) to join our growing security team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions with a strong command of Core Java development. This role involves working on design, development, integration, and support of IAM systems that help manage user access securely and efficiently across enterprise environments.

Primary Skills:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow (IDN) implementation
• Core Java development

Secondary Skills:

• Understanding of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS)

Technical Environment: SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN implementations.
2. Contribute to requirements gathering and technical design activities.
3. Develop code, perform unit testing, and contribute to code reviews.
4. Perform integration testing and assist with debugging and troubleshooting.
5. Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
6. Contribute to business development and strategy engagements.
7. Lead or contribute to internal SailPoint IIQ training sessions.
8. Adhere to security best practices across all engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MBA
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in complex connector integrations, plugin development, custom rules, and networking concepts is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC frameworks and excellent communication skills.
