Job summary

Jazz Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior SailPoint Architect/IGA SME to lead architecture, design, and integration of IdentityIQ for a large federal program in a hybrid role.

You will drive provisioning, lifecycle governance, and security-compliant workflows across AD/Azure, ITSM, and agency sources. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cyber and cloud teams, and ensure 99.9% availability in an AWS GovCloud FedRAMP High environment while meeting federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years IAM/ICAM experience.
• Expert knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, lifecycle workflows, provisioning, certifications, and integrations.
• Experience architecting SailPoint in large federal or MSP environments with complex sources and connectors.
• Experience with AD/Azure, APIs, ServiceNow/ITSM, federal cloud systems, FISMA/RMF, and high-availability operations.
• Ability to lead complex troubleshooting, connector design, data-quality remediation, technical reviews, and mentoring.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications appropriate to senior roles preferred.
• Ability to travel 20-40% to the DC area for client meetings and project engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SailPoint IdentityIQ architect and IGA SME; provide architecture direction and governance.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint architecture for a large federal environment with governance of data.
• Architect and oversee IdentityIQ workflows, provisioning, entitlement governance, recertification, reporting.
• Lead integrations with HRConnect, USAccess, ITM, MuleSoft, WebTA, Concur, AD, Azure, ServiceNow and agency sources.
• Ensure DHS CDM Master User Record elements and related audit data.
• Provide architecture leadership for metadata, entitlements, data integrity, reporting, and connectors.
• Design for 99.9% availability; ensure secure operation in AWS GovCloud FedRAMP High.
• Coordinate SailPoint integration with CyberArk and monitoring/ITSM services.
• Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting, RCA, runbooks, and knowledge transfer for Federal teams.
• Support compliance activities including NIST RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP High, and ATO maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
