Job summary

Simeio is seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions, build workflows, and integrate with Active Directory and Azure AD while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years SailPoint IIQ implementation.
• Deep expertise in IIQ components: Lifecycle Manager, Certifications, Provisioning.
• Experience building SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and forms.
• Strong IGA knowledge: RBAC, SoD, Access Certifications.
• Hands-on integration with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, Workday, SAP.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL.
• Familiar with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, Zero Trust.
• Experience with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.
• SailPoint certification or security certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end SailPoint IIQ solutions.
• Lead IIQ implementation, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Develop workflows, rules, connectors, forms, reports, provisioning.
• Implement JML lifecycle workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Configure and manage SoD, access certifications, policy enforcement.
• Integrate with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, databases.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture reviews.
• Support audits and governance programs.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and drive performance.
• Mentor developers and admins with cross-functional teams.
