Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on SailPoint Developer experience with IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java/BeanShell programming skills.
• Familiarity with SQL/LDAP and identity governance concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies (preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, SOX) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SailPoint applications, including configuration of identity models, workflows, and rules.
• Implement and optimize provisioning processes and access certifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate SailPoint with various applications and data sources using connectors and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management.
• Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
• Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with SailPoint features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
