Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a SailPoint Developer to troubleshoot and optimize identity governance workflows in a dynamic environment. You will design and enhance SailPoint workflows, develop API-based connections with internal/external systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper access provisioning.

Experience with ServiceNow and SailPoint certifications are a plus. This role requires hands-on development, problem solving, documentation, and strong communication to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint development experience.
• Strong understanding of the SailPoint platform and identity governance concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and support SailPoint solutions.
• Strong experience developing and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SailPoint environment.
• Develop and enhance SailPoint workflows to automate identity and access management processes.
• Support new SailPoint integrations, including API-based connections with internal and external systems.
• Maintain and optimize automated workflows, provisioning processes, and access request procedures.
• Manage and enhance email notifications, approval workflows, and other event-driven processes within the platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure users receive the appropriate access and governance processes are functioning effectively.
