Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC seeks a Cybersecurity IAM Engineer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise identity governance across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. You will lead SailPoint IIQ/ISC development, lifecycle automation, and service orchestration with ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes IAM architecture, RBAC/ABAC policy enforcement, and secure integrations with cloud platforms, Active Directory, and external identity sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience, with deep SailPoint IIQ development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, JSON, SQL, and REST API development.
• Deep understanding of IIQ object model, connector frameworks, workflow engine, and plugin architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ and ISC solutions.
• Develop and automate workflows, connectors, and application onboarding.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Integrate IAM systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement and manage Okta solutions, focusing on Citizen IAM and external user identities.
• Conduct code reviews to optimize system logic and reduce redundancies.
• Identify and address IAM vulnerabilities early in development.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to mature RBAC/ABAC and onboarding programs.
• Manage APIs, PAM tools, and SailPoint Access History/Modeling.
