Job summary

New Wave People is seeking a Cybersecurity IAM Engineer to design, develop, and modernize identity governance across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments. The role blends SailPoint IIQ and Identity Security Cloud development with IAM architecture leadership to automate lifecycle, governance, and service workflows.

You will lead integration with ServiceNow, Okta, Azure Entra ID, and cloud platforms, build scalable onboarding, enforce RBAC/ABAC, and drive security posture through Zero Trust

Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and Identity Security Cloud is required.
• Experience with Okta and Citizen IAM initiatives is a strong plus.
• Strong background in designing enterprise IAM architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ and ISC solutions.
• Develop and automate workflows, connectors, and onboarding.
• Administer Azure Entra ID and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Integrate IAM with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement Okta for external identities and citizen IAM needs.
• Conduct code reviews to optimize IAM logic and reduce redundancies.
• Identify and mitigate IAM vulnerabilities early in development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mature RBAC/ABAC and onboarding.
• Manage APIs, PAM tools, SailPoint components, and data governance.
• Test, deploy, and patch IAM systems; plan migration from IIQ to ISC.
