Job summary

Clarity Partners LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking an IAM Sailpoint Administrator local to Chicago to partner with IAM leadership, HRIS, IT and application owners. You will maintain identity data, streamline access processes, and support modernization of the IAM program in alignment with HIPAA, NIST, Zero Trust and governance requirements.

The role requires 3–5+ years in IAM, hands-on SailPoint ISC, AD/Entra ID expertise, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in Identity & Access Management or IGA.
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, governance.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, SCIM, SSO, MFA, HRIS.
• Must work in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Ability to communicate IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer SailPoint ISC including profiles, roles, policies, lifecycle events, and provisioning rules.
• Configure provisioning workflows, approvals, and joiner/mover/leaver events.
• Maintain identity attribute mappings and data quality.
• Monitor provisioning failures and identity synchronization across systems.
• Onboard new applications with entitlements and connector testing (SAML/OIDC/SCIM).
• Configure access certification campaigns and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Manage AD and Entra ID provisioning and audit/compliance activities.
• Maintain SailPoint health, dashboards, and procedures documentation.
