Job summary

KeyData Cyber is seeking a SailPoint Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint identity security projects, ensuring client satisfaction and business outcomes. You will liaise between customers, delivery teams, sales, and leadership while overseeing project execution, budgets, and resources.

The role is a 12-month, full-time contract based in Canada, with remote work and a focus on delivering high-impact IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years within Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting
• 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams on project scoping, estimation, and delivery planning
• Strong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting project updates, business reviews, and delivery metrics to leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• English language proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SailPoint delivery and advisory engagements
• Manage multiple customer projects for successful delivery and satisfaction
• Serve as primary client contact for status, risks, issues, escalations
• Partner with Sales during pre- and post-sales for scoping and planning
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, status reports
• Monitor financials, profitability, utilization, productivity
• Collaborate with Resource Management to align staffing
• Build relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders
• Provide exec-level updates on project health and metrics
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption and long-term success
• Identify opportunities to expand services and growth
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and governance
• Support issue resolution and risk mitigation
• Mentor and coach team members
• Foster collaborative delivery culture focused on accountability
