• Required to be hybrid 4x upon conversion in Chicago or Charlotte.* TEKsystems' national logistics client seeks an experienced Identity engineer to assist with their new Identity platform (SailPoint) implementation and integration. Following a major acquisition, their technical environment has merged, increasing work in the identity space.
• This resource must have deep experience in integrating and engineering SailPoint, understanding integrations with Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Workday. The client also prefers someone with a strong understanding of device management via Intune, Conditional Access policies, and MFA implementation both within and outside Conditional Access policies.
• Job Title: Senior IAM Security Engineer
• Overview: We seek a highly skilled Senior IAM Security Engineer with extensive experience in implementing SailPoint Business+ to join our security team. The candidate will design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions, ensuring the security of our digital assets. Additional experience with Microsoft Conditional Access, Intune, or CyberArk is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint Business+.
2. Develop and maintain user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration of IAM solutions.
4. Conduct assessments and audits of IAM policies to ensure compliance.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
6. Stay updated with IAM technologies and best practices.
7. Mentor junior team members.
8. Integrate SailPoint with sources like Workday and SuccessFactors.
9. Implement RBAC based on job roles and attributes.
10. Configure Access Request Center for platforms like GCP, Azure, ServiceNow, Teams, and Slack.
11. Manage disconnected systems via manual workflows like CyberArk.
12. Ensure compliance with access certifications and reporting.
13. Work with ServiceNow for access request workflows.
14. Conduct testing and support during go-live phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in IAM engineering, with focus on SailPoint Business+.
• Experience with identity governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA.
• Familiarity with directory services and protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Conditional Access, Intune, CyberArk.
• Certifications like SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, GCP) and hybrid setups.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).
