Job Title: SailPoint Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Experience Level: Expert Level

Description

We seek a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead the optimization of IAM solutions. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of IAM projects, including requirements gathering, solution mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in access governance, authentication, and provisioning processes, ensuring compliance with security standards.

Skills

1. 7+ years of SailPoint IIQ engineering experience
2. Senior-level development experience involving code changes, application integration, and development
3. Strong Java development experience; PowerShell and SQL skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IAM project initiatives focusing on SailPoint and related tools
• Analyze and document current IAM processes, identifying gaps for security and efficiency improvements
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders
• Optimize IAM processes such as RBAC, SSO, and MFA to enhance access control and compliance
• Translate business needs into functional specifications to improve IAM workflows
• Maintain IAM documentation, including user guides, process flows, and metrics
• Support IAM audits and security reviews to ensure regulatory compliance
• Apply analytical thinking to optimize IAM systems and meet business goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Azure AD
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SSO, and MFA
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility for some benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
