Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and support IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud. The role covers onboarding, workflow development, connector integration, access governance, and automation of identity processes while ensuring compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Experience designing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions.
• Ability to develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and templates.
• Experience with RBAC and entitlement configurations.
• Experience with application onboarding and connectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on requirements.
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, emails, and processes.
• Configure Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Create provisioning/de-provisioning workflows across apps.
• Configure RBAC, business IT roles and entitlements.
• Onboard apps via connectors (AD, LDAP, JDBC, SAP, Oracle, cloud apps).
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Entra ID.
• Configure automated aggregation, reconciliation, and identity refresh.
• Implement access request workflows and certification campaigns.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
