Maestro Search Limited is seeking a SailPoint ISC Architect for a remote US-based 12-month contract. You will lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud engagements, own solution design, and drive implementation for client IAM projects.

This customer-facing role requires leading workshops, shaping requirements, and guiding architecture decisions with senior stakeholders. Strong hands-on SailPoint Experience and IAM tool background are essential.

• Proven track record architecting SailPoint ISC in client environments

• Consulting or SI background preferred
• SailPoint Identity Security Engineer or IdentityNow Engineer cert a plus

SailPoint ISC Architect | Remote, US | $75–$100/hr | 12-Month Contract

A consulting client of ours in the identity security space is hiring a SailPoint ISC Architect for a 12-month contract. You’ll sit within their delivery practice and lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud engagements for their customers, owning solution design and taking it through to implementation.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be working directly with client IAM leads, security stakeholders and application owners, so the ability to run workshops, shape requirements and lead design decisions are important.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ISC solution architecture across client engagements, from discovery and design through to build and go-live
• Tenant design covering identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles and governance policies
• Source onboarding and integration across HR authoritative sources, Active Directory, Entra ID and key business applications
• Technical leadership on IdentityIQ to ISC migrations where clients are moving to the cloud

What This Role Looks Like Day To Day

• Running design workshops and translating client requirements into workable SailPoint ISC architecture
• Building and reviewing transforms, rules, workflows and virtual appliance configuration
• Configuring certification campaigns, SoD policies and access request processes
• Acting as the trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders throughout delivery

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience working with IAM tools, with substantial hands-on SailPoint experience
• Proven track record architecting and implementing SailPoint ISC in client environments
• Exceptionally strong customer-facing skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and advise senior stakeholders
• Consulting or systems integrator background strongly preferred
• SailPoint Identity Security Engineer or IdentityNow Engineer certification a plus
