  • US Sailing Level 1 Instructor or other equivalent certification (Not a requirement)

Camp Androscoggin is a boys residential camp in central Maine. Position dates are June 19th to August 14th, 2026. The positions are paid, and travel, room, and board are all included.

Androscoggin is the summer home for 250 boys between ages 8 and 15 and 100 staff. For over a century, campers and counselors have been playing sports, participating in a host of individual activities, forming life‑long friendships, and sharing summers to remember on our 120-acre lakeside campus.

Days are divided between bunk responsibilities and working with campers in your activity area. The schedules are built so counselors have a chance to work with kids in other areas as well. Our staff goes on day and overnight trips with their campers. Staff can use the camp facilities during time off.

Requirements
  • Willingness and ability to maintain a safe environment
  • The ability to assist with multiple programs and work as a team
