Brown University Health in Fall River seeks an experienced cook to prepare and portion hot and cold foods for the cafeteria, patient meals, and special events. You will maintain sanitation, follow recipes, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a hospital setting.
The role requires 1–2 years of high-volume production cooking, literacy in English, and a high school diploma, with shifts including mornings and weekends as scheduled.
Responsible for the preparation and storage of hot and cold food items for the cafeteria, patient meal service, special functions and outside programs. Maintains a high standard for sanitation in the production area.
