Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Sage X3 experience in roles like Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes in wholesale, distribution, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, application support, testing, and process improvement.
• Experience with ERP integrations (e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, or other systems).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Sage X3 functional specialist and primary contact.
• Provide day-to-day application support and coordinate resolutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure Sage X3 and support enhancements, reports, and integrations.
• Plan and perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Promote automation and process standardization.
• Provide user training and promote effective system use.
• Manage vendor support cases as liaison.
