Jarvis Recruitment Group is seeking a Sage Intacct Consultant for a remote, project-driven role. You will guide implementation from planning to go-live, tailor project accounting, time tracking, billing, and revenue recognition, and build dashboards for real-time project insights.

You will train teams, support Sage Intacct users, and integrate with Salesforce or other platforms, staying current with updates and best practices for professional services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct in professional services.
• Solid understanding of project accounting, billing cycles, and revenue recognition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with integrations and APIs; Salesforce experience bonus.
• Sage Intacct certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Sage Intacct implementation process from planning to go-live.
• Build solutions for project accounting, time tracking, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Set up dashboards and reports to show real-time project performance.
• Train teams and provide ongoing Sage Intacct support.
• Integrate Sage Intacct with Salesforce or other project management tools.
• Stay current with Sage Intacct updates and best practices for project-based firms.
