Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Sage Intacct Consultant to manage complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support in Chicago. You will act as the primary client liaison, architect financial solutions, drive data migration, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring on-time delivery and industry best practices.

Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP/ Purchasing, AR/Order Entry, Cash Management, and reporting, plus lifecycle delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years of Intacct implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of delivery lifecycle and SDLC.
• Proven track record of timely project execution.

Job description

• Lead complex Sage Intacct implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support
• Serve as primary client liaison and trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Design and architect solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements
• Provide strategic guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and system optimization
• Mentor and develop junior team members and consultants
• Lead clients in analyzing data and provide recommendations in system design and integration
• Support clients with cleansing and migration of historical data
• Develop integrations to and from Sage Intacct with additional client systems
• Develop systems strategy and support definition of system requirements to design, prototype, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions utilizing Sage Intacct

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2-3 years of Intacct implementation experience
• Advanced knowledge of Systems Delivery Life Cycle and Software Development Lifecycle.
• Demonstrated record of successful systems and process improvements and continuous on-time execution toward deliverables or milestones.

Preferred Technical Experience & Business Skills:

• Sage Intacct Core Mastery: Advanced proficiency in common Sage Intacct modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Purchasing, Accounts Receivable/Order Entry, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Sage Intacct Extensive Module Competency: Proficiency in add on modules within Sage Intacct including smart rules, fixed asset, consolidations, dynamic allocations, SIP, inventory, revenue
• Mgmt. Project Costing & Billing, Inter-Entity Transaction Setup, Pre-paid expense amortization, Printed Document Template Customization
• Sage Intacct Implementation Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hiring
• Reporting & Analytics: Expertise in creating custom reports, dashboards, and utilizing Sage Intacct's reporting capabilities
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance requirements
• Business Analysis: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into a technical solution
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific requirements and best practices; preferred industry experience within Hospitality, Not For Profit, and broad mid-market level organizations
• Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-phase implementation projects
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving
