Job summary

CLA is seeking a Business Software Director - Sage Intacct to lead the software implementation team within the CLA Digital Team. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and oversee delivery of Sage Intacct projects for diverse clients.

The role requires strong leadership, 6+ years in business software development and implementation, and experience supervising or managing projects. You will build client relationships and drive continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

CLA is currently seeking a Business Software Director - Sage Intacct to join our growing CLA Digital Team. This role is a leader in developing and managing staff, business plans, and fiscal budgets. They are responsible for developing and administering the business software consulting practice within the region. They develop and update strategies and guidelines for delivery of business software solutions to firm clients.

Job Functions

• Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Must Have Construction Experience**As well as Sage Intacct Implementation Experience**

What You Will Need

• 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required - 8 Years preferred
• Prefer overall experience to include 3 years of supervisory or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (combination of education, experience, and training may be considered a degree equivalent)
