Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. The role supervises, trains, develops, and maintains high standards for productivity and quality, fostering strong relationships across all levels.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience, plus strong communication skills and MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
Management experience - Preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
Facilitates training with new and current employees.
Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and compliant with government requirements.
Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
Implements employee development plans to support growth.
