OccuPros in Arlington, TX seeks a Safety Trainer to deliver OSHA-aligned training to corporate clients and individuals in a hybrid role. You will plan and lead classroom, onsite, and mobile trainings, adapt content for diverse industries, and deliver virtual sessions when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Health & Safety and NEBOSH-related knowledge, with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated safety training and general training experience in construction, general industry, or similar environments.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex safety concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating safety curricula and training programs.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., OSHA Outreach Trainer, CSP, CHST) are preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Arlington, TX, including travel to client sites and mobile training locations as needed.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms for online and blended training delivery.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Role Description

The Safety Trainer is a full-time hybrid role based in Arlington, TX, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role delivers safety training courses and certifications to corporate clients and individuals, following OSHA and other regulatory standards. Day-to-day activities include planning and facilitating instructor-led training in classroom, onsite, and mobile training environments, as well as conducting virtual sessions when appropriate. The Safety Trainer adapts course content to different industries, prepares training materials, evaluates participant performance, and maintains accurate training records. The role also involves collaborating with consulting and staffing teams to align training with client needs, providing clear guidance on safety best practices, and staying current with evolving regulations and standards.
