Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking a Safety Technician to join our Fabrication team. You will help enforce safety and environmental guidelines on a variety of projects with national and global scope, and you’ll support accident investigations and training.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a GED or higher, and basic computer skills; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. OSHA training is a plus, and you will contribute to a collaborative, growth‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: GED or high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in safety or related role.
• Computer skills: basic proficiency expected.
• Certifications: OSHA training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Assist in accident investigations to identify causes and prevention.
• Inspect workplaces to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate respiratory, hearing conservation, HazComm, and confined space programs.
• Conduct safety training and provide new employee safety orientations.
• Maintain a training database and assist in regulatory training.
