Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking a Safety Technician at our fabrication facility in San Marcos, TX. You will help uphold safety standards, train new employees, and support incident investigations to prevent recurrences.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of safety experience, a high school diploma or GED, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. OSHA training is a plus, with room to grow in a collaborative, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant safety experience.
• OSHA training is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Assist in the investigation of accidents to identify causes.
• Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices for safety standards.
• Provide new employee safety orientations.
• Conduct facility inspections and audits.
