Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking a Safety Technician to join our Fabrication team in Texas. You will help ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines on a national and global scale, assist in accident investigations, and support safety training programs for new hires.

You’ll coordinate various safety initiatives, maintain training records, and help sustain a proactive safety culture across projects. This role offers hands-on development and the chance to grow with a leading pipe fabrication

Qualifications

• Education: GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in safety roles.
• Certifications & Licenses: OSHA training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Assist in the investigation of accidents to identify causes and prevention.
• Inspect workplace environments and practices to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in coordinating safety programs such as respiratory, hearing conservation, HazCom, and confined space.
• Conduct safety training or education programs and demonstrate use of safety equipment.
• Provide new employee safety orientations.
