Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or maintenance environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to use inspection tools, monitors, and PPE.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and willingness to interact with floor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect areas and equipment for safety compliance.
• Identify hazards and implement risk-reduction actions.
• Collect samples and measurements for air quality and noise.
• Verify PPE meets safety specs and is used properly.
• Support incident investigations with data and notes.
• Maintain safety logs, records, and reports.
• Assist with contractor safety and permit-to-work processes.
• Help with safety training and attendance records.
• Participate in safety audits and job hazard analyses.
• Escalate safety risks promptly.
