Interface, Inc. in Kyle, TX seeks a Safety Coordinator/Instructor to develop and deliver safety training, conduct audits, and maintain records to reduce risk across departments.
Ideal candidates have a manufacturing background, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn OSHA regulations and conduct effective safety training for all staff.
The Safety Coordinator/Instructor will provide consistent safety assistance through a variety of functions such as training development and delivery, providing safe instruction on operations, performing guided audits and inspections, maintaining records, and addressing associate concerns regarding safety and health.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a Train-the-Trainer type program or willingness to successfully complete Completion of an OSHA course or willingness to successful complete Skills and experience: Two or more years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
