Grace Federal Solutions in Durham, NC is seeking a Safety Technician to manage hazardous waste streams across university, hospital, clinics, and lab settings. You will collect, segregate, and document waste while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NRC, and RCRA requirements.
The role requires an Associate’s degree in safety or related field, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, wear respirators, and operate data systems to maintain records and generate reports.

Role Overview: The Safety Technician is responsible for the collection, segregation, and management of hazardous chemical wastes generated throughout a university and hospital setting, including clinics and research laboratories. Secondary responsibilities include the collection and management of hazardous pharmaceutical wastes, radiological wastes, universal wastes, and other related waste streams.
