Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.
• 1+ years of leadership experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors, provides guidance and coaching, and supports HR activities.
• Identifies training needs and facilitates facility-wide safety training and resource distribution.
• Monitors compliance with facility, corporate, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe, efficient work methods.
• Reviews or facilitates incident investigations and guides root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
