You will work with site leadership, conduct JSA audits, support safety meetings, and help implement corrective actions while ensuring compliance and associate wellbeing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in EH&S or equivalent experience; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field, or 3–5 years of industrial safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training on safety topics and conduct JSA audits across the facility.
• Educate salaried leaders on safety practices and lead safety initiatives and projects.
• Attend safety meetings and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist in audits, safety documentation, and coordination with site leadership.
