Chart, Inc. seeks a Safety Supervisor to lead the Safety department at our Tulsa facility. This role directs safety policy development, regulatory compliance, audits, and incident investigations to protect employees and the operation.
The ideal candidate has a Health and Safety degree, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and proven leadership with OSHA/industry certifications. Responsibilities include training, risk reduction, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold our safety standards.
This position manages all employees of the Safety department and is responsible for the indirect supervision of all employees as it relates to Safety practices.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands; and reach with hands and arms.
This position is classified as safety sensitive. Due to the use of heavy machinery, power tools, and exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, the role requires heightened awareness and adherence to all safety protocols. Employees must be able to perform duties in a manner that ensures their own safety and the safety of others in the workplace
Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety or similar degree preferred.
3 - 5 years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing industry. Management experience in Health and Safety required.
