Sheakley, located in Goodwater, AL, is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead daily safety efforts across the facility and coordinate with production leadership to drive safety improvements. The position offers a direct-hire W2 arrangement, a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a performance-based annual bonus and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety supervision and leadership across facility operations.
• Manage safety reporting processes using paper and digital systems.
• Supervise two Safety Technicians, supporting day and night shifts.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Conduct routine site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 standards and company safety requirements.
• Monitor and improve LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs.
• Assist with safety training and employee coaching.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually

Annual Bonus: Performance-Based Bonus Paid Annually (Typically February/March), based on Company and Individual Performance

Equipment Provided: Company Laptop & Cell Phone

Benefits: Full Benefits Package Including 401(k) with Company Match up to 4%

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week

Additional Schedule Details: Occasional interaction with 2nd shift operations, typically once per month. Minimal overnight travel required for training, conferences, and periodic cross-training at the Texas facility.
